With a career rooted in service, leadership, and a deep understanding of the multifamily industry, Staci brings a people-first mindset to everything she does. We sat down with her to talk about her journey into Customer Success, what excites her most about Get Covered, and how she’s building a team focused on trust, transparency, and real results.
A career built around people
Staci’s path into Customer Success wasn’t linear, but looking back, it was always intentional.
From her first job scooping ice cream at 15 to roles in accounting, procurement, and eventually Customer Success, one theme has remained constant: a commitment to taking care of people.
“I’ve always gravitated toward roles where taking care of people was at the center,” she shared.
That instinct ultimately led her to Customer Success, where she sees the function as far more than support. It’s a core driver of business growth.
“What keeps me here is that it’s the true revenue engine of a company. We’re the ones who build trust, keep customers renewing, and create the kind of experience that makes them want to stay.”

For Staci, joining Get Covered felt like the right place at the right time.
“What’s excited me most is the combination of mission, people, and possibility,” she explained.
From supporting residents and onsite teams navigating complex insurance processes to collaborating with a team that’s both innovative and deeply human, Staci found alignment across every level of the company.
She also highlights the culture as a standout differentiator. One where ideas move quickly, collaboration comes naturally, and every voice matters.
After years in larger organizations, the opportunity to help shape something growing, agile, and mission-driven has been especially energizing.

Building Trust From Day One
As Director of Success, Staci’s focus is clear: empower her team to build trust early and consistently.
“Trust isn’t built through a single interaction, it’s built through consistent behaviors, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to the customer’s goals.”
Her approach starts with listening, ensuring her team understands each customer’s goals before offering solutions. From there, it’s about transparency, follow-through, and delivering early wins that build credibility.
But what truly sets her philosophy apart is a shift from task-based execution to outcome-driven partnership.
“I want my team thinking ahead on the customer’s behalf… proactively removing friction and connecting our work to real results.”
It’s this mindset that transforms relationships from transactional to strategic, and ultimately drives long-term success for both customers and the business.

Life Outside of Work
When she’s not leading the Success team, Staci is fully immersed in family life.
A mom of three (with two younger kids keeping things especially busy) and a dog mom to three more, her world is fast-paced, full, and “wonderfully chaotic.”
She also has a deep love for 80s and 90s movies and music. Whether it’s a rare date night at the movies or simply a quiet moment between activities, she finds ways to recharge in the moments that matter most.
Looking Ahead
As Get Covered continues to grow, Staci is focused on building a Success organization that scales with intention. One that prioritizes trust, delivers measurable outcomes, and keeps the customer experience at the center of everything.
Because at the end of the day, success isn’t just about solving problems, it’s about making things easier, clearer, and better for the people we serve.
